Mission statement

The Neighbors for Positive Progress comprises of over 100+ Residents that have lived here for 1-15+ years that want to see more positive change within our Community.  Over the years, there has been a growing concern that new initiatives, new policies and new procedures are not being considered or integrated into how the HOA Association/Architectural Committee operates and this has created more costs to residents and less efficiency.  Our world is changing and we must learn to grow/change with it; we must be open to new perspectives and new laws that will protect and enhance our Community and allow for better financial stability and operational oversight.

Utilizing things such as more technology will allow for stronger efficiency in our daily operations and communications and provide more transparency to our fellow Residents.  It is imperative that Residents be heard, that their cares and considerations be listened too and that new ways to which we operate be considered.   We have not done a good job at soliciting input and listening to the needs of the Community.

We believe that sustainable growth of the Community can be achieved by listening to fellow residents, soliciting new ideas/perspective and developing new policies and best practices that will build more sustainability in years to come.  We must be more open to new ideas with a willingness to work collaboratively in all that we do.  This has not previously been the case with our HOA Board.  

An adequate rotation of Board members needs to be instituted; many of our Board and Architectural Committee members have had residing seats which is valued and appreciated; however, we need to make room for fresh new perspectives and new ways to which we can more effectively operate and become more financially sound.  

Our common goal is to build more awareness around the needed growth and improvement within our Community and the HOA.
